Staying at the Van Gogh Room in the new off-property cottage was a delightful experience. The room was very clean and comfy, offering a relaxing atmosphere without being overly decorated like typical bed and breakfasts. The service by the owners, especially around the fire pit, was exceptionally nice and accommodating. The location was superb, just a couple of blocks from Jefferson's top attractions, making it perfect for exploring the historic downtown area. The dining experience, enjoyed in any big city, was truly exceptional, with innovative and fresh dishes served with great hospitality.

The location of the off-site Waterhouse Cottage, situated in the back of the Sam Houston House property, was perfect, within walking distance to downtown. It was nice to be within walking distance of everything, including S'mores by the fire at night.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable with two double beds, which was perfect for us. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location was centralized, making it easy for us to explore the town. The dining experience was amazing, with a delicious meal served. However, the room was a bit tiny, and the ceiling fan seemed dirty.

My stay at this hotel was simply delightful. The rooms were stunning, and my off-property Van Gogh Room was both cozy and romantic.
